| The National Association of Realtors has authorized
Realtors to allow direct access to the MLS. However, I am only able to offer
you this service through third parties who determine the format they will
support. There are two options available. I am offering you the choice.
Option 1 (Limited) - Search on your own and remain anonymous. This site covers 24 seacoast communities and is updated once every 24-hours. Click here for option 1. A new window will open. To return to this page close the open windows. Option 2 (Unlimited) - Search on your own, request my help, and/or request automatic email notification anytime a listing that matches your request is entered into the system. Once you complete a form you are emailed a user name and password which grants you unlimited access to the MLS system. This site is updated every 10 minutes. Click here for option 2. |
